If you have any questions with the return policy below please reach out to us. We want you to be happy with your shopping experience! Grand Grow Supply stands behind the products we sell and will do our best to treat each order with gratitude and respect.
Returns Information and Eligibility:
- All return requests must be made within 30 days or less of the date found on the original order confirmation.
- All products must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition, in original manufacturer boxes and with a copy of your original Packing Slip.
- All returns must be authorized by Grand Grow Supply before you return your items. Additional paperwork will be needed to properly process the return. Not all returns are sent back to the original shipping warehouse.
- Unfortunately we will be unable to accept returns of Nutrients, Grow Media, Grow Lamps, Trim Machines, Air Conditioners, special order items and used products.
- Special Order items cannot be cancelled for a refund.
For all other returns please understand the following:
- All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We can supply labels for convenience but they will be provided at the customers expense. We do not accept COD deliveries. Per most freight carriers, refused packages may be subject to handling fees up to 15%.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all informational brochures, installation guides, cords & accessories.
- Keep a copy of the Return Tracking Number until your order payment has been credited to you.
- You may expect a refund to be processed in the same form of payment used for the purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your returned order. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is because of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error.
- Original shipping costs to the customer can not be refunded.
- We recommend that you use an insured carrier for tracking your return.
- In the unfortunate event you send back an item and it happens to be damaged, lost, or stolen in transit back to the warehouse, Grand Grow Supply is not responsible.
Order Cancellations:
Non-special orders may be canceled any time at zero cost before shipment. Once the order has physically shipped, partially or complete, it is considered fulfilled and will require a return and will be subject to shipping and restocking fees if applicable.
To request cancellation of an order prior to shipment, please contact Customer Service via email or by phone as soon as possible. The order is not considered canceled until you have been notified verbally or via email that we were successful in stopping the shipment from leaving the warehouse.

Item/Shipment Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a shipment and believe the item(s) have been damaged in transit, please refuse the shipment with the driver, if possible, and clearly note any damage on the delivery paperwork. Any photo can be very beneficial in this claim process. If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment(s), please notify Grand Grow Supply by phone and/or email immediately.
Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from Grand Grow Supply are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon order package delivery to the shipping carrier.

Item/Shipment Inspection:
Shipments must be opened and cycle counted within 72 hours of delivery to be inspected for any damage or discrepancies. Refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed if the item(s) were signed for as received in good condition, or if we are not notified of damage and/or improper item counts within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Typographical Errors:
In the event that a Grand Grow Supply product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Grand Grow Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Grand Grow Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Grand Grow Supply shall issue a full refund back to the payment method used for the purchase.

Usually, products ship within 24 hours of placing an order or by the next business day if your order is received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will inform you as soon as we know that the item ordered is unavailable, typically within 72 hours. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
